MAY WE REMIND YOU:
- REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE
- Companies may present as many samples as they wish in every group of fi nished wines in each category;
- Companies are required to submit 3 samples of each finished bottle.
- Samples, together with the documents listed in Article 6 of these regulations, must reach Veronafiere between 10 February and 10 March 2014.
- Copy of the payment of the entry fee €140.00 + VAT (for each finished bottle entered) to cover registration expenses by bank draft through the following banks: Banco Popolare - Agenzia Cassa Mercato - IBAN: 07R0503411751000000122261 – SWIFT: BAPIT21011, made out to Concorsi Internazionali Vinitaly 2014;
- Prices are not subject to VAT if you have indicated your VAT number in the admission application;
- Notification and consent as per “Privacy Law” D. Lgs. 196/2003 stamped and signed by the legal representative of the Company.

- REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE
- Companies may present as many samples as they wish in every group of wines in each category;
- Companies are required to submit 6 x 0.750 l. bottles of each wine entry; for liqueur or naturally sweet wines only, they can alternatively submit 12 x 0,500 l. or 0.375 l. bottles.
- Wine entries, together with their sampling reports and application forms, must reach Veronafiere between 10 February and 10 March 2014
- Details of the payment of € 150,00 + VAT for each sample covering registration expenses, through a bank transfer with Banca Popolare Agenzia Cassa Mercato - IBAN: IT07R0503411751000000122261 -SWIFT: BAPPIT21011, made out to CONCORSI INTERNAZIONALI VINITALY 2014;
- Prices are not subject to VAT if you have indicated your VAT number in the admission application;
- Sampling report;
- Analysis Certificate;
- For origin-controlled wines: certificate of suitability issued by the control organ certifying the origin and denomination of the wine;
- Information and consent in accordance with italian Leg. decree 196/2003, stamped and signed by the company’s legal representative.
