The VINOFOL Novosedly winery is a family winery, which is not one of the smallest and manages almost 140 ha of vineyards in Mikulov, Pavlov and Novosedly.
The winery was founded and is run by brothers Pavel and Richard Foltýn, but other family members are also involved in the work. Since 1992, a modern winery has been gradually built up, equipped with all the necessary modern technology from the reception of grapes through various optional methods of vinification and ripening to gentle filtration and modern bottling. Today the winery is one of the most technologically well-equipped enterprises. The real jewel of this winery is the honest and healthy grapes from its own vineyards, which produce pure wine, usually with a distinctive character and each with its own story... It is a total of 26 varieties of wines typical of the Pálava region, but also varieties that are no longer found much and are on the fringes of attention. The winery's expert team of collaborators pays special attention to the top of its production - premium wines of the Top Collection, Pavlov Exclusive, Novosedly Exclusive, Novosedly Selection and the Klasik collection. With each bottle, the winery goes to the market with the conviction of its uniqueness, purity and quality, for which it guarantees its name. Perhaps that is why these wines are decorated with gold and silver medals from major world competitions such as Vinalies Internationales, IWC San Francisco and AWC Vienna. But more important than medals from any competition is the daily creation of a family brand, the Vinofol winery, coupled with the trust and satisfaction of their clients.
