Departure from Brno around noon to the Krásná hora Winery, whose first vineyards were founded by a French monastic order in the 13th century. This is probably why they grow traditional French varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Merlot and others. They try to be as gentle as possible with their wine, which is aged mostly in oak barrels and is characterized by a lower sulphur content and a more natural taste.
We will have a tour of the winery and a tasting of several samples accompanied by cold refreshments.
After the first tasting we will visit the Sonnentor herb paradise in Čejkovice. You must know Sonnentor for its quality teas and spices. Both products are processed on organic family farms and they stand by the origin of the ingredients in each product. We will have a tour of the herb gardens with expert commentary and a view of the wine-growing village of Čejkovice. We will sample several teas, coffees and other products along with light refreshments.
The last stop on our trip will be the Herzánovi Winery, which focuses on wines made from traditional varieties. The main varieties of the winery are Sylvánské zelené, Veltlínské zelené, Neuburské, and from the red varieties Frankovka and Modrý Portugal.
A tour of the vineyard and vineyards with tasting and refreshments awaits us at the Herzán Winery.
