Theoretical teaching is supplemented by excursions to vineyards or wine companies, wine tasting, practical demonstrations of wine service (56 hours). Lectures are given by experts at the highest level (Ing. Radek Sotolář, Ph.D., prof. Mojmír Baroň, PhD., Ing. Kamil Prokeš, Ph.D., Ing. Jiří Kopeček, Ing. Libor Nazarčuk, Ing. Petr Ptáček, prof. Josef Balík, Ing. Filip Lutzký). The course ends with a written theoretical and practical examination.
