The cowhide

During 2012, the unique historical building Hotařská shed was restored in the middle of vineyards and orchards on a hill called Žerotín near Strážnice. This building was built for collecting the tithe from the grapes and as a background for the hotaurs - vineyard guards. A small exhibition of viticulture and fruit-growing - the Vineyard Museum - was also created during this restoration.
