About winemaker

At Baraque Winery, we describe wines not only sensorially, but we also bring a bit of poetry to their descriptions and, following the example of Karel Čapek, liken them to human characters and personalities. In our assortment, you will meet, for example, "the neighborhood hunter", "bon vivant" or "selfie lady". The French name of the winery is, among other things, the name of a dream of a winery surrounded by vineyards. It materialized in the form of a production building and a representative space of the architecturally attractive Baraque wine gallery near the Slunečná lookout tower in Velké Pavlovice.
