A young family winery that produces wine from its own organically managed vineyards. Harvests are always deliberately reduced. When expanding the vineyards, the winery specializes in Pinot Gris, and only a few locally proven varieties are grown. The winery is regularly involved in events to promote wine tourism, e.g. open cellar days
The variety was bred by the director of the wine school in Klosterneuburg in Austria, Dr. F. Zweigelt in 1922 and its expansion to other countries was credited after the Second World War to Dr. Lenz Moser.
