But as oral testimonies and historical materials suggest, winemakers from Czechoslovakia, Germany, Austria and perhaps even Hungary gathered. The theme was clear. To discuss the "royal varieties" of the grape, to taste them and to get to know each other. After all, what else can bring people of different nations, languages and opinions together so much? Only wine. And that is still the case today. The wines of the Pinot Noir and Riesling varieties are the most elegant and noble of all.
