The taste of the wine is juicy, fresh, with a strong acidity, pleasant spiciness and a slight hint of bitter almonds in the aftertaste.

Rhine Riesling

Young Rieslings are characterized by a light greenish yellow colour. Older, more mature wines reach a golden yellow colour, sometimes even amber. The aroma of the wine varies depending on the vintage, maturity and terroir. In younger wines, the fruit component is more pronounced - peaches, apricots or citrus fruits. Older wines then have beautiful flowery tones that turn into honey and kerosene. The taste of the wine is full, refreshing with spicy acidity, which predisposes it to long-term maturation.

Italian Riesling

The taste of the wine is juicy, fresh, supported by excellent acidity, which predestines these wines for further maturation. In wines from well-ripened grapes we can also find honey tones or tones of raisins.

Dry, fresh, well-chilled Italian Riesling can serve as an excellent aperitif.

The wines from well-ripened grapes have blackcurrant, gooseberry and a mixture of lemons and kiwi flavour. The taste of the wine is full and at maturity very full, often with a mineral flavour. The perception lasts a long time.
