Open that "TU" bottle you've been saving for a long time! The global event encourages us not to save the best wines for later, but to enjoy them now. We will be opening wines from the St. Clare Vineyard archives on an exclusive basis. A limited number of bottles from previous vintages will be on sale.

Why wait for Santa Claus to come or for the thunder? Tonight, all the attention will be on that special wine. The global event encourages us not to save the best wines for later, but to enjoy them now. We'll save a couple of bottles from each vintage for the archives and curiously await what time will do to them. We only open the archive once a year with our winemakers and together we find out what makes our wines tick. A limited number of bottles of successful wines from previous vintages will be on sale throughout the day.
