The winery continues the tradition founded by the grandfather of the current owner, František Štambacher (1899-1986), mayor of the village, member of the National Assembly (1945-1948), a great promoter of modern viticulture, but also a political prisoner in the 1950s. The winery follows the trend of producing smaller lots of quality appellation wines with a strong influence of his own handwriting. The wines are mainly made from its own grapes grown in the vineyards of the excellent Stará Hora wine route. Velké Pavlovice is known for the production of quality red wines. The production of red wines is also focused on the winery Suský.
The production of the winery, which manages 4 hectares of vineyards, is 15 000 bottles per year.
