The last weekend in May will belong to Pálava at Sonberk. This year's 100th anniversary of the birth of the breeder Josef Veverka - the father of the Pálava variety - will be celebrated on Saturday 28 May at Sonberk with a tasting of 100 types of Pálava from all over the region, from dry to sweet.

🥂 Come and enjoy the beauty and diversity of this incredibly versatile original Moravian variety on the afternoon of 28 May from 14:00 to 18:00 and try how it tastes when it is made from stainless steel, wooden barrel, straw, botrytic, from neighbours, colleagues, friends, from the driest to the sweetest.

🍾 The selection of wines for the tasting takes place under the baton of our cellar master Olda Drápal Jr., the creator of Sonberská Pálava 2015 VOC awarded as the Best Dry Aromatic White Wine in the World by Decanter World Wine Awards.
