The National Show - Cheese and Wine will be attended mainly by our dairies, which have won numerous awards for their excellent products, especially the KLASA quality mark award. A total of eleven dairies will participate, including one dairy GOLDSTEIG from Bavaria. A total of 50 samples of excellent quality cheese made from cow, goat and sheep milk will be presented.
Every year, fishing companies, exclusively from South Bohemia, will take part in the One-Gastronomic Show - Fish and Wine, supplying us with fresh fresh freshwater fish - carp, grass carp, trout, pikeperch, etc.
More than a hundred great wines from 27 wineries from Moravia and Bohemia, which have won many awards from domestic and international exhibitions, will be presented to combine food and wine.
In the arcaded courtyard, a cooking studio will be traditionally installed, where master chefs will demonstrate and moderate their culinary art - dishes and specialties of cheese and fish.
