The wine cellars will be opened to the general public again on Saturday, 3 June from 2 to 7 pm.
You will be able to see the cellars in the monastery of St. Voršila, where the Czech kvevri - huge clay vessels for the production of wine using the so-called kachetin method - are located, and assist in opening them and pressing the mash.
From 16:00 onwards, a tour of the cellar farm + production of herbal extracts in the production facilities of the Wine Cellars - at the Apak farm in Seifert orchards will be held for those interested.
During the whole afternoon there will be an unguided tasting of local biodynamic wines and selected Georgian kvevri wines.
Admission to the event and the lecture is free.
The tasting will take place on the basis of purchased coupons, no need to register in advance.
