The three-day festivities in the historic town above the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava rivers take place from 15 to 17 September. During the three days you can choose from a wide range of period and contemporary music performances, street theatre, sword fights and events for children. You can look forward to a wide range of gastronomic specialities and craft stalls, but above all to excellent wine and bourbon. Winemakers from the Czech region and beyond will offer their produce. The festival is a good opportunity to visit the historic town, the Mělník Chateau with wine cellars from the 14th century, the Mělník underground with a medieval well or the ossuary.
