The open cellars are located in the southern part of the village of Šitbořice. Most of the cellars were hand dug in sandstone and you will have the opportunity to look into them. Admission to the event is 150 CZK and the tasting takes the form of tickets, which you can buy on the day of the event directly at the ticket office or in the marked open cellar. The ticket includes a tasting glass with the logo of Šitbořice winemakers, an information leaflet with a map of the cellars and an identification band. The event will be accompanied by a marching accordionist and the Palička dulcimer band. Expect also local specialties right at the cellars or central refreshments in the form of a barbecue.
