The highest sommelier education in the Czech Republic - a successful graduate of the final exam will receive the title CERTIFIED SOMMELIER.
Educational program with accreditation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Czech Republic and lecturer with authorization of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Czech Republic for education in the field of Sommelier.
The graduate of the course will receive membership in the Association of Sommeliers of the Czech Republic for the given calendar year and a subscription to Wine & Degustation magazine.As part of the membership, the member is entitled to attend free of charge educational seminars organized by the ASCR.
Each attendee receives professionally printed, full-colour study materials - scripts.
PRACTICAL TASTING - over 200 tasting samples of wines from all major world regions including Grand Cru or DOCG, recognition of typical characteristics of wines and their differences, differences between varieties, vinification methods or wine regions
Practical training in identifying tastes and aromas "blind"
practical recognition of wine defects, faults and diseases
basic communication skills for successful wine presentation, including practical training
wine service and unconventional ways of opening bottles
