There's no goulash like goulash! Everybody cooks with beef, uses similar ingredients and procedures, and yet every goulash is different. How is that possible? That is the magic of this traditional dish. Each goulash reflects the character, experience and skills of its author... Moreover - our GULÁŠOVÁ VUELTA is a competition in which everyone wants to show what is in it and, if possible, win :-). Therefore, one goulash after another is evaluated by a committee of experienced experts (points from 1 to 10) and the winner is the team that achieves the highest score.
