The Wine Marathon is a race organized by the Wonderful Women in Running Association. It is run between vineyards, mostly on cycle paths between the villages of Velké Bílovice, Čejkovice and Vrbice. You can choose between half marathon and marathon. The marathon is run on two circuits with small, but very rewarding deviations from the first one in terms of views. It is run in autumn, when the vines are coloured in colours as intoxicating as the drink that made this region famous. It's a race prepared with diligence and love, polished to please you the runner and to make you look forward to the next edition once you've crossed the finish line.

The marathon includes a family run - the Vineyard Mile - a non-competitive run or walk for anyone who wants to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the Vineyard Marathon. Children, moms and dads with or without strollers and anyone who wants to run or walk can take part. Blind people with their guides will also take part in the run. Length - approx. 1500 m.
Enrolment fee - voluntary (all collected entry fees will go to the benefit of the Rebeka account - more info at http://www.vinarskymaraton.cz/rebeka/).
Start - mass at 9:30, at the Primary School Velké Bílovice.
Registration - on the spot, at the premises of the school Velké Bílovice and in the blue tent of the Wonderful Women in Running.
The run is non-competitive, only the blind will be announced during the main announcement block at 15:05.
At the finish everyone can look forward to a diploma and an original medal, we have prepared a small trinket for children.
