The rules of the Wine Trail: first you will have the opportunity to taste the competition wines (12 wineries with 3 samples each) in the Cultural House in Pavlov, then you will receive a tasting ticket with a map and you can set off on a marked route that will take you through the slopes of Pálava, the beautiful nature reserve around the Děvičky Castle back to Pavlov. On this route of about 5.5 km you will come across 12 stations where you can taste wine samples. Your task will be to record the correct tip on the wine variety in the tasting card. Of the 12 sites, some will be in wine cellars in the lower and upper part of the village, while others will be on the slopes of the Pálava. During the route, you will learn, in the form of competitive questions, about the attractions of the unique nature reserve of the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and about wine production and tasting. At the last station, you will hand in your completed tasting ticket to the organisers and then you can look forward to a gala evening with a banquet and a band. Over a glass of good wine and Moravian refreshments we will tell you the results, the best tasters will be awarded interesting prizes and you can dance or sing with the band.
