The training is intended for grape growers, both large and small growers. However, people who want to plant just a few vines for harvesting table grapes will also find the answer to the right choice of variety. The theoretical presentation of the cultivation characteristics of PIWI varieties will be complemented by grape tasting and, in the case of grape varieties (such as Savilon, Souvignier gris, Donauriesling, Muscaris, Vesna, Cerason and Cabaret noir and many others) by selected samples of wines made from them. The lecture on PIWI varieties will also be complemented by the current topic of combating the effects of climate change, where the first results of experiments with preparations to reduce temperature and sun exposure of the berries, improve soil conditions in relation to greater resistance to drought and high temperatures will be presented and suitable clips will be recommended. You will also learn what this year's drone mapping in the vineyards has shown.
