Introduction to Tasting is a course in which participants will gain a broader horizon and orientation in practical wine tasting, learning to recognize the basic tastes and aromas of wine, including the most common diseases and defects of wine. The 2-day course: day 1 theory and practice at the ICV MENDELU in Brno, day 2 visit to the Wine Salon in Valtice (joint departure and return by bus from/to Brno). Course price 3 700 CZK.
