Departure from Brno around noon to Mackovice, where we will taste wines from Kacetl winery and Donatus winery, which operate under the association Svéhlaví. These wineries are trying to make wine in a different, more natural way in lower sulphur.
Where we will visit a wine cellar where we will taste 8 samples of wines as well as local homemade specialties.
After tasting and refreshments we will visit the Frlaus family winery. The winery continues the family tradition that began to develop after World War II. The wines are produced using the spontaneous fermentation method, which gives the wines a fuller flavour and a long mineral character.
At the Frlaus family's we will have a tour of the winery with expert commentary, ending with a picnic and tasting of 10 samples on a blanket in the vineyard.
