We bottle live wines for you. Pure, just fermented juice, and nothing more. The better job we do in the vineyard, the more interesting the Medkovic youngsters are. Get ready for rich flavors, wildness, but also surprising harmony and fullness. Medka's wine, naturally. Starting at 1 p.m.

13:00-14:30 FOR SUBSCRIBERS
We will start with an afternoon closed tasting, where we will give a lot of information about the young wines and we will taste all the young samples.
Price: 450 CZK per head.

14:30-18:00 FOR THE PUBLIC
From 14:30 starts the public part of the free tasting - we will also be happy to give an interpretation, as long as we can serve there :) Be sure to come, we look forward to seeing you.

We will be tasting wines completely free of added sulphur, still aging at their own rhythm, un-fermented, healthy, freshly fermented on wild yeasts, bottled with yeast and a gentle bubbling of natural carbon dioxide. The way we drink it ourselves. We won't hide any varietal from you, so even young wines that have matured to the point of berry selection will be available for tasting.

Also look forward to the most interesting varietals, starting with Hibernal, Solaris, Muscaris and Palava, compared to traditional Burgundies and Rieslings.
