Novosedel's vintage festival is opened in the village square with a performance by a male and female singing group. The programme will also include a children's folklore ensemble and dulcimer music. At 14:00, a historically themed procession of local citizens, dressed in period costumes and accompanied by brass music, will leave the town hall in a horse-drawn carriage for a ride through the estate. The wine god Bacchus and his retinue are also in the procession. After passing through the village, the procession continues along the road past the wine cellars, where the "Highness" grants the local winegrowers the "Right of the Wine Cellar". Refreshments are prepared for the parade participants and accompanying visitors and bourbon from local winemakers is offered for tasting. After walking the entire route, the parade returns to the town hall, where the program continues with a folk feast.

The Open Cellar Day is currently underway from 10:00 am. Winemakers will offer you a tour of the cellar, wine tasting of your choice and their own program in the wine cellar
