The traditional "Open Cellar Day" is prepared by South Moravian winemakers from the wine association VINITORES PALAVIENSIS in Pavlov u Mikulova on the last Saturday in November. From 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. 15 cellars in Pavlov will be open.

At the – cultural í centre on Klentnická street - ná in &scaroní the ´ visitors buy ´ a ticket, receive ´ a glass and a map of the cellars. The ticket includes a tasting glass, a free tasting in the cellars, participation in the event and vouchers for sampling the wine. In eachécellar, about 8 samples of wine will be available for tasting in eachécellar. You will have the opportunity not only to taste quality wine, but also to see the Pavlovian wine cellars and meet the Pavlovian winemakers.
