The 30th Open Cellar Festival returns to Mutěnsko, a charming region on the border between the southern and northern wine-growing areas of Moravia. With 273 hectares of vineyards, Mutěnice is the largest wine-growing village in Slovácko and there are more than 500 wine sheds with painted jardins (no cellars!) in Mutěnice. The microclimate here favours Ruland, Riesling and Tramin. The southern slopes yield beautiful varietal red wines such as Modrý Portugal, Frankovka and Svatovařinecké. So hopefully we will talk about wines "enom samej praise chut". The price of a two-day ticket includes entry to all the cellars with tasting of at least 300 festival wines, a printed and digital guide, a tasting glass, a stylish fabric bag and unlimited rides on the festival buses. Starting on Saturday 5 November in Mutěnice, the cellars will open from 10.00 to 21.00, and on Sunday from 10.00 to 15.00. On both days, you can buy wines at the winemakers and in the festival e-shop, with home delivery. The registration point with on-site ticket sales will be open on Friday 4 November from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Saturday from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm and Sunday from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm. A shuttle service will run between the villages throughout the event. Advance ticket sales from May in the e-shop on the festival website.
