All lovers of good food and wine are invited to Němčičky for the Wine Slaughter. You can look forward to jitrnice, jelita, tlačenka, black and white soup, smoked meat, sausages, fresh cracklings, lard or warm ovar.

Wash away the grease with specials from the Matuska brewery.

Coffee from the Rebelbean roastery will be sweetened with traditional Slovak trdelniki baked on the fire.

In the afternoon, we will show you around the winery's production facilities.

We will also open our wine archive, where these wines will be available for purchase and tasting for one day a year.
Weather permitting, you will be able to try a ride on the vineyard toboggan run, which will end right at the winery.
