The last spring did not work out, but we are looking forward to spring 2021 all the more. The postponed 27th Open Cellars Festival will visit the Kyjov region, which is known as a region of folk songs, costumes, dances, traditional crafts and especially wine. Thirty open cellars, wine tastings, a cultural programme and regional specialities will await visitors on the weekend of 19 and 20 June. The price of a two-day ticket includes a tasting of all the festival samples, entry to all the cellars, a printed guide, a tasting glass, a stylish cloth bag, the possibility of using the festival bus transport and free entry to selected events of the accompanying programme. Starting on Saturday 19 June, the cellars will be open from 10am to 9pm, and on Sunday from 10am to 3pm, with the opportunity to purchase wines from both winemakers and the festival e-shop on both days. The registration point in Kyjov will be open on Friday 18 June from 5 to 8 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 12 pm. A shuttle service will run between the villages throughout the festival. Information on winemakers, program and accommodations on the website. Purchase tickets in the e-shop at www.otevrenesklepy.cz.
