The afternoon conference with a guided wine tasting, which follows the morning seminar "Frankovka, the flagship variety not only of the Blue Mountains region", will be opened by Lukáš Stávek, manager of the DSO Modré Hory and secretary of the VOC Modré Hory, with an introduction of the region and marketing trends.
Afterwards, there will be a guided tasting of old and currently classified wines in the appellation of the VOC Blue Mountains, designed for conferences not only for sommeliers, which will take place under the baton of perhaps the most famous sommelier of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the great Mr. Libor Nazarčuk.
Throughout the day and during the tastings, the participants at the previous all-day seminar discussed the wines tasted in a substantive manner and spiced up the topics discussed with their questions and opinions. We believe that this and similarly erudite seminars are always of great benefit to all involved. The day-long seminar with the support of the Wine Fund is organized by the Association of Municipalities of the Blue Mountains in cooperation with the VOC Blue Mountains z.s. In a similar spirit, it is planned to organize this day-long seminar annually.
Participation in the conference with guided tasting is free of charge.
We look forward to a large turnout again.
