A new working format of winemakers' meetings focused on a detailed presentation of a variety typical, widespread and potential for a given sub-region in comparison with wines from participating winemakers. The concept of the event is intimate (18 participants) to ensure an open discussion between winemakers who have an intrinsic ambition to create better wine every year.

Nine wines from the international scene of different styles will be tasted together in three tasting sets, followed by a tasting of wines brought by the participants. (Supplying a sample of the wine variety discussed is optional, the MOC price of the wine should be about 250 CZK.)
Wines will be judged not only on quality and the production technology used, but also on their pricing in the marketplace. A comprehensive and proper evaluation of the wines will be ensured and guaranteed by the national sommelier.
