The shows are traditionally held in the Old Town Hall, specifically in the Town Hall, the cellars and the arcaded courtyard. The tables in the Town Hall and cellars serve delicious cheeses and present excellent wines from Czech and Moravian winemakers.
In the arcade courtyard, there will be a cooking studio where master chefs will prepare delicious dishes, especially freshwater fish, in front of visitors. They will share their experience, interesting facts and tips with visitors during the preparation process.
The event also includes an attractive accompanying programme, including, for example, cheese tasting combined with delicious jams and marmalades. The focus of this part of the event is on so-called flavour matching - the combination of cheese, jams, marmalades and wine. For this part, I approached Mrs. Jozefína Růžičková, the founder of the Rose Garden Prachatice brand, who has won numerous awards at the prestigious World's Original Marmalade Awards with her excellent marmalades. Her products have made their way to the London luxury store Fortnum & Mason, where even the British royal family shops!
We cordially invite you and wish you an enjoyable time in the historic premises of the Renaissance Town Hall and an unforgettable gastronomic experience while pairing food and wine.
