When you add excellent wine to great food, these experiences don't add up, but multiply. This is a time-honoured experience that is even more true for Moravian and Czech wines. They are the wines closest to us of all. Wine and food have belonged together since time immemorial, because practically from the very beginning of the production of this divine beverage, people have also noticed that wine enhances the flavours and aromas of food and vice versa.
This training course is aimed primarily at staff (catering staff, winemakers, sommeliers, waiters, wine shop staff, wine merchants, wine shop staff) who work with wine and pair it with appropriate food, but also at wine and food lovers who want to gain a broader perspective and understanding of the practical pairing of wine and food. The training focuses on the practical part of pairing drinks and food (practical demonstration of pairing wines with basic ingredients, pairing water and wine, pairing wines with basic types of cheese). It will enable graduates to gain a more confident insight into wine and food pairing, which they will put to good use in restaurants and social events, where they will be able to choose the right wine for a given dish according to the rules.
