You can look forward to, for example, a delicate plum mousse with crispy crackling, velvety roasted garlic soup, pork cheeks on plums or grilled pork tenderloin with mustard sauce and a fragrant doughnut with vanilla cream and caramelised orange.

The carnival menu is offered from 28 February to 2 March 2025.
