It is intended for winemakers and professionals who prefer a nature-friendly approach to wine production and subsequent wine processing, and who generally try to stick to very traditional practices and interfere only minimally with the natural processes that take place in the wine. The result is a very unique wine which, in its taste and aroma, reflects the true essence of the terroir of the vineyard from which the grapes come and the work of the winemaker.
