National Wine Competition of Mikulov Wine Subregion

Tasting of more than 690 samples of wines from the Mikulov wine sub-region, which are competing for the title of gold and silver medals of the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic in Valtice. Cimbalom music will be playing. There will also be refreshments.

The venue is the largest hall of Mikulov Chateau. The tasting takes place by exchanging tasting blocks purchased at the ticket office for 0.5 dcl of wine. All white wines are chilled in special boxes. Service is provided by a team of experienced sommeliers.

The presentation also includes 74 wines of the Best Organic Food 2022 competition, organised by the PRO-BIO Union of Organic Farmers.

4 blocks = approx. 0,05 l wine silver medal

6 blocks = approx. 0.05 l wine large gold medal
7 blocks = approx. 0.05 l wine Champion of the Show

Ice and straw wines = approx. 0.025 l
