A lecture with tasting on the influence of barriques on blue varieties, this time especially on the Frankovka variety. Designed primarily for winemakers working with barrels in the creation of red wines and also for those who want to independently compare the influence of different types of barrels not only on Moravian raw material. Also present will be winemakers specializing in the Frankovka variety, who will enrich the lecturer's presentation with their observations and who have selected iconic Frankovkas for the subsequent comparative tasting.
