The oldest known owner of the local vineyard was František Weniger, organist of the parish church of St. George since 1713. After his death, his widow Sibyla Weniger held "half an acre of the vineyard, which is the land next to the road leading to St. Roch and next to Martin Bumbalik on both sides."
On 10 September 1749, a deed is mentioned in which not only the half-acre of vineyard is mentioned for the first time, but also the cellar, shed and accessories "in the Lower Maratska Mountain, which is called Krajina".
In 1759 he bought the vineyard with the cellar and the shed for 435 zlotys. František Preitschoft, one of the richest townsmen in Uherské Hradiště.
According to the purchase contract of 6 October 1807, the magistrate councillor František Holl (the town mayor between 1825 and 1830) bought half of the vineyard together with the cellar, the press room and all the wine-making equipment. Various debts gradually grew on the property, so that in 1863 the cellar was pledged to Terezie Králíková.
In 1866, the transfer of the property right with all liabilities was made to Major František, Knight of Coll, who paid the sum of 911 zloty for the property.
In 1878 Johann Müller bought the wine cellar and vineyard. Since then, the wine cellar has been inherited by the family.
In 1891 Anna Müller, née Weiner, became the owner. According to the deed of surrender dated 6 April 1925, the ownership was transferred to Hildegard Vyhlídová from Uherské Hradiště.
According to the deed of conveyance dated 29 March 1957, the property was acquired by JUDr. František Vyhlíd and his son Petr Vyhlíd inherited the wine cellar from him.
The house has a small family wine bar U Lisu with a beautiful front cellar and a historic cellar, which is now run by son-in-law Pavel Vaďura.
The wine cellar U Lisu attracts its visitors to enjoy a good Moravian wine at the entrance to the vineyards in Mařatice.
