The history of our winery began at the end of 2017 when we bought the vineyard and wine cellar with wine production from the original owner. In 2019 we decided to rejuvenate the original vineyard and change the composition of the varieties grown. We planted Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, the original Burgundian varieties that were imported to the Czech Republic from France in the 14th century. In the case of Pinot Noir by Charles IV himself. We have decided to add to the above mentioned traditional varieties the red grape variety Merlot from the French region of Bordeaux. For the production of Veltlínský zelený we buy grapes from vineyards located on Přítlucká hora, Velkopavlovice wine sub-region. The wine is produced both in stainless steel tanks by controlled fermentation and in oak barrels.
Pinot Blanc PS 2021 was selected for the permanent exhibition of the Slovácké wine sub-region in the representative premises of the Centre of Slovácké Traditions in Modrá.
