About the winery
The Smějsík winery focuses mainly on the production of specialty wines. The grapes are grown and processed with the greatest care, mostly by hand, using classical technologies. Fermentation takes place at optimum temperatures, which allows the wine to retain a large amount of aromatic and flavour compounds.
