About the winery
The history of the company dates back to the 1970s. Currently, we focus on the production of top quality bottled varietal wines mainly originating from the village of Pavlov. The production philosophy combines proven traditional winemaking practices with modern controlled fermentation techniques. We are a small family winery. We also run a family-run guesthouse and a farmhouse-type pension. Our motto is: "We make wine for the pleasure of ourselves and our customers".
Our winery is located in the centre of the village, about 100 m above the cultural centre. You can recognize us by the planted wine barrel in the front garden. A detailed map of the village showing the location of the winery is available for download on our website www.palavia.cz
