Winery Hruška Pavel

The Pavel Hruška Winery is a small family winery that continues the tradition of grape growing and wine production for the seventh generation. Founded in 1991, the Pavel Hruška Winery now farms 7.5 hectares of vineyards. We produce mainly appellation wines with an emphasis on preserving the taste characteristics of individual varieties. Using modern technology, but in accordance with nature and tradition, we produce wines that are harmonious, delicate and fresh, characterised by their 'Blatnice terroir'. When processing our own grapes, we emphasize the preservation of the greatest possible taste potential given by nature, with an individual approach to each production batch. The grapes are grown according to the principles of integrated production. Our wines can be tasted and purchased at our winery, which is part of the family house.
