The likely place of origin of the winemaking tradition on which the winery of Jiří Marek and his son Jan is based is the village of Alberndorf, which lies just a short distance from the Hata border crossing. The Puchwein family has been making wine there for more than 400 years. Writer and journalist Jiří Marek considers the rebellion of his great-great-grandfather's genes to be the impetus for the creation of the Olbram winery. Years ago, he accidentally came to Olbramovice to visit a friend and has stayed here ever since. In 1992, he bought a unique historical cellar complex from the 14th century carved in sandstone, started making wine as a hobby and gradually invested in the development of the wine-growing area. The winery is involved in the production of iodic wines - using psychotronic methods of alternative action of information fields on fermentation processes. The successful product of the winery is a sweet cuvée under the name Wolf blut.
