The winery "Nad Sklepy" continues the family winemaking tradition, which is now developed by cellar master Vítek with his wife Jana and grandmother Majka. The pride and pleasure are also three successors - sons Hynek Vilém and Vít. The vineyards are registered in a transitional period for organic production. A major modernization of the cellar management took place in 2008-2009, when Vít Dočkal purchased new technologies for grape processing, a system of controlled fermentation and bottling, and introduced modern methods of vinification. Most of the batches are undergoing the sorting process.

The winery "Nad Sklepy" continues the family winemaking tradition, which is now developed by cellar master Vítek with his wife Jana and grandmother Majka. The pride and joy are also three successors - sons Hynek, Vilém and Vít (5 years, 3 years and 1,5 years). The vineyards are registered in a transitional period for organic production. A major modernization of the cellar management took place in 2008-2009, when Vít Dočkal purchased new technologies for grape processing, a system of controlled fermentation and bottling and introduced modern methods of vinification. Most of the batches are undergoing the sorting process. Vít Dočkal's wines are almost exclusively predicate wines, the winemaker himself prefers semi-dry or semi-sweet, light with a typical "Pálava" bouquet of foreign fruit or flowering meadows. Among the top samples of the 2012 vintage are Riesling and Riesling Welsh. The family wine cellar from the Habán period is located in close proximity to the accommodation apartment of Domečku "Nad Sklepy". The entrance of the cellar is a historic preshaus, which used to process grapes and now serves as a tasting room. An interesting feature is the original wooden wine press from the mid-19th century. You can also taste wines from our winery in the newly renovated Dietichstein Court in the centre of Bulhar. The wines are a reflection of the best that can be combined: the tradition and personality of small wineries and the innovation and modern technology of large ones.

Wine confit - a delicious wine jelly that surprises with its aromas in aroma and taste. You will appreciate the variety of its use. Thanks to its unique properties, it is excellent on its own, but it is also excellent in combination with hard and mould cheeses. Wine confit is also very suitable for preparing or flavouring more complex dishes, such as game. It is excellent as part of marinades for grilling meat.
