Specialties in the menu

The winery offers wines in 3 lines. Standard CLASSIC, TERROIR and ORGANIC series. TERROIR wines are intended for archiving and are based on the uniqueness of the vineyards. During cultivation and processing, emphasis is placed on the unchangeability of the origin of the grapes - the names of the wines bear the names of prestigious vineyard routes - Kotelná, Železná, Ořechová hora, Věstonsko, Purmice, U Venus, Plotny. The ORGANIC range of wines includes wines from organic production, in which interspecific varieties Saphira, Johanniter and Hibernal are grown. The Volařík sect are produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
