As our "Small Winery" logo suggests, it really is that small. The family manages about 7000 bushes, on which we try to grow quality raw material for the production of quality wines thanks to grape reduction. The reduction is an effort to respond to the current situation where the course of the year, with the amount of rainfall and solar temperatures, determines the ripeness and acid content of the grapes. The corresponding technology then comes into play, where, by controlled fermentation of white and rosé wines, we direct the raw material towards the expected quality.

With the advent of the era when acid degradation began in a double way, when yields per bush purposefully dropped from 7kg to 2kg and when water began to be used only as a cleansing agent. The era of appellation wines and new technologies was ushered in and we tried to adapt to it.
To preserve the corresponding aromas of the varieties, we do not use a wide range of yeasts, but respect the soil and climatic conditions of our region - today the popular name "Terroir"
