Wines with a female handwriting I grew up in the vineyard and today I am the soul and hands of our winery. I try to imprint my work and the wines themselves with the character of a woman's hand - an attentive, sensitive approach and loving care. And I believe that is reflected in the taste of our wines.

The winemaker has the technological background at home. She uses a combination of modern and traditional methods of vinification - for white wines controlled fermentation, for red wines the method of open maceration in vats. White wines are aged in stainless steel tanks, red wines in older barriques. The winery produces around 40,000 bottles of wine a year (all production is bottled by supplier). Helena Bednaříková lets the individuality of the variety and vintage shine through in her wines. There are also cuvées that are created at harvest, when the grapes are blended before pressing. The flavour character of the varieties is thus interestingly combined in the resulting blend. The wines are sold both from the cellar and in their own e-shop, as well as at various sales events and in wine shops in the price range of 180 to 250 crowns. The wines can also be ordered as a gift item with a custom label.
