BARTONIK - family winery

Family company - winery with not only wine production especially in small batches, production of syrups, fruit ciders, wine and herbal jellies. This is just a short business card of the family company Bartoník operating in Mikulčice. Its founders, Hana, Radek and their sons Jakub and Dominik Bartoník, wanted to build on the legacy of their ancestors and the best tradition of the ancient village. This tradition became the inspiration not only for the production of wine in small batches and in a natural way, but also for the expansion of the range of wine products, such as 100% grape musts, wine jelly and herbal jelly, wine sour - Verjus, wine desserts and Belgian pralines filled with wine jelly. Gradually, fruit and herbal syrups and elderberry jelly were added to the range. And the tradition will continue, with the sons of the founders, Jakub and Dominik, already playing an important role in the family business and its development. The emphasis on high quality and the legacy of their ancestors has earned the Bartoník family company not only the title of Česká spořitelna Živnostník roku 2018 of the South Moravian Region, but also a number of awards for their products. In 2024, the Bartonik family managed to open a beautiful new industrial building in Mikulčice, BARTONIK, which houses their company shop, café and tasting rooms. You can attend directly some of the tastings or rent the premises for your celebrations or weddings. From 8.30 in our café you can have a great breakfast with a choice of 4 dishes included with one drink or a great Italian coffee Mokarico.
