The Paulus winery was born as the realization of an ancient and long-awaited dream "To create honest wines with a distinct personality and character, all in hand with respect for the unmistakable terroir of Pálava and Paulus itself." Our aim is to convey our passion and enthusiasm for wine to you in our own distinctive way. We strive to achieve the highest quality wines offered under the Paulus brand, which represents history and modern trends at the same time, the experience of our parents and grandparents versus the friendliness of youth towards new, modern trends and the original natural conditions of the Pálava wine region. The Paulus winery is a long-awaited baby that had to wait and it took a lot of experience with wine, winemaking, trends to give birth to it. We have been gaining this experience for a long time both in our personal and professional life. We have been involved in winemaking in our family for several generations and professionally for more than 10 years. All this was the impetus to start this new adventure full of excitement, enthusiasm and passion for wine... passion for Palava. Our philosophy is based on focusing on you, our valued customer. We strive to offer you wines that attract you and do not force you to find your way to them, but our wines will find their way to you. We want to constantly pursue innovations in production, quality, style and to be in constant contact with you and get valuable opinions about our work, our efforts and our wines.
