We focus on the production of small batches of high quality wines. Grapes are processed using modern technology. We emphasize fast and gentle processing. After pressing on a pneumatic press, white wines are produced by controlled fermentation and aged in stoneware containers. Red wines, after fermentation and subsequent biological acid degradation, are aged in new and old wooden barriques. Our wines are made with love and as a result have an excellent aroma and taste.
